Question #3:

for my girlfriend.

how can i do this systematic sampling of the full range of ladies perfumes?

i would be slightly embarassed to sample them one by one in a shop...and anyway, you nose stops working after the 2nd or third one.

even buying small samples, if they all were available, would become expensive.

other than seducing a shop manager [=after hours access] or a plea on yahoo for ladies to send me a sample of their most adored favourite perfume...how can i accomplish my goal?

Question #4:

I have a bet, need to dress up completely as a woman for a costume party, can you help me choose stuff?

I had dinner with a group of friends last night, and all night the women were complaining about how it is much harder for women to look good than men, they are expected to wear less comfortable clothes that are often more revealing, high heels that make their feet sore, spend more time doing hair and cosmetics, and so on. I said they should stop moaning because they liked it all really and it is not as hard to wear as they say it is. So after a few drinks they made me this bet. In 2 weeks one of them is having a 30th birthday costume party, and the theme for the costumes is "come as you aren't" so you have to dress as something that you're not. To win the bet I have to dress as a woman, completely in women's clothes, so I can find out for myself how "difficult" it really is for women! I must stay completely in "costume" all night if I am to win.

Well it sounds a bit crazy but I like a good laugh so I have decided to do it, especially as they think I won't be brave enough, and I have decided to go totally all out for it and shock them all! I want to go completely over the top with the whole outfit and I am going to stay in "character" all through the party and try and be a "hot chick" all night!

I am not really an expert in women's stuff so I need some help, can you help me with any of these questions...
- I have ordered this dress as the main part of my outfit
- now I need to get all the other things. The biggest thing is shoes, I need some really high heels that look classy without being too slutty, I am US mens size 8, what size will I need in womens shoes, is it the same? I also need a long dark wig, make up, fake nails, a purse, jewellry, all that kind of stuff. If you can give me advice on what to get and where to get it, off websites would be easiest and least embarrassing, please let me know! Also I am not sure about what to wear underneath, I obviously want to keep my dignity! But the bet is that EVERYTHING I wear should be womens not mens and they are sure to want to check because it is a big bet! I guess I will need a bra and something to stuff it with, some kind of panties and maybe pantyhose or stockings? Any suggestions please!

Finally any tips to look and act more feminine, I am obviously going to shave my face but I guess I will have to do my legs and arms as well! Should I use some perfume? Any advice on how to walk, talk, stand and sit? And I will probably have to go on the dance floor at least one time so I need to stay in character for that! Also I need to have a female name, I think one that sounds exotic but not like out of a bad movie!

Thanks for reading sorry that was a long question but I have a lot to do, now I know why you ladies take so long to get ready every time you go out! Thanks for all your help, 10 points for the most detailed and helpful answer!

Question #9:

What else causes hightened sense of smell besides pregnancy?

I came off the pill a month ago and am due for my period in 4 days. I could be pregnant as we had unprotected sex. I highly doubt it tho as I was on the pill for 5 years, I think it would take more than 1 month to fall pregnant and I have had a break out of pimpled which I usually get before my period.

Now I have a high sense of smell right before my period. Mens and womens perfume is killing me and I can smell everything to moisturises when people are 2m away and foods from ages away!

I have come off the pill for a 'break month' about 3-4 times in the 5 years but never had the hightened sense of smell before.

Could I even be pregnant or what else causes a hightened sense of smell? And what are your experiences with acne during pregnancy? Ive always had bad skin (this was why I went on the pill in the first place).

Thanks in advance for your answers ladies!

Question #12:

Poll: Girls, do you think this is true?

You know you go to a girls school when...

-You often hitch up your skirt in public to adjust your tights, and think thats completely fine even though you have french knickers on or period pants!

-You often find yourself in a deep, public discussion on the ever popular "tampons or pads" debate

-You either went 2 ways: you didn't meet your first boy till you were 18 and are still terrified, OR you met your first boy at 12 and have been in a series of sexually active relationships since

-You share everything with your friends: deodorant, sanitary items, hairbrushes, makeup, lipgloss, etc.

-You have no issues with adjusting eachothers bras, comparing bras, talking about bras, etc

-You know when your closest friends are due for 'that time of the month' (only because thats when you're due too)

-You are completely comfortable with emotional intensity

-You can talk about waxing, fake tan, shaving, in the same sentence as essays, world affairs, etc

-You can adjust at a rapid rate from loving someone to hating them, and visversa
generally followed by stories about what they did at a party.

-Most of your friends carry lipgloss/hand sanitizer

-You can often spend the first 10 minutes of a class discussing someones new hair colour/cut WITH your teacher

-You have your male teachers wrapped around your finger

-You always got out of P.E/swimming because of "girl issues"

-You can tell someones wellbeing/stress levels/emotional status/hours of sleep from: what makeup they're wearing (if any), hairdo, perfume/no perfume etc

-You know each of your friends perfumes by heart and often spend time 'sniffing' eachother jumpers and commenting

-You are familiar with the smell of smoke mixed with chanel perfume

-You know crying and claiming to 'be overwhelmed' can get you out of anything, anywhere, anytime.

-You always told others you wished you went to a co-ed school, but secretly knew you wouldn't last a day

-On a bad day you will spend over $6 at the canteen on fried goods and chocolate

-You have numerous occasions found yourself yelling down the jam-packed corridor "HAS ANYONE GOT A PAD???"

-You're always talking. Through class, lunchtime, lectures, meetings, assembly. Nothing stops you. And you very rarely get told off for it. Its a womens intuition.

-When told to 'stop talking' by male staff, you have on more than one occasion replied with "but we're women, sir! we can mulit-task!"

-You often see girls giving other girls back tickles, massages (back, leg, arm, anything) and instead of judging say "o0o0o me next!"

-You either love fake tan, or can't stand it.

-You know who fake tans, who goes to the solarium, whos 'a la natural', and who's naturally tanned (you then proceed to hate this person)

-Injections/immunisations are followed by: tears, fainting, group illnesses, etc.

-It is completely normal to have an indepth open conversation about any bodily function issues with your friends, over coffee

-"going for coffee" is a weekly ritual

-You notice when someone has straightened, washed, curled their hair, which often leads to a discussion on how they too, can achieve that look

-Before opting for summer uniform, you know you must shave, moisturize and tan first. Or if you don't , you must make a big deal in announcing "OMG guys my legs are sooooo hairy, I haven't shaved in forever", which then launches a group discussion in who hasn't shaved their legs the longest, hence taking the spotlight off your feral legs

-You say to any of the random students around you 'my uterus is caning like a mofo today' and instead of being disgusted, they nod sympathetically and offer you nurofen.

-there is at least one person in each year level that has a sport jacket or jumper from a boys school and wears it round like it's an olympic gold medal and they're soo much cooler than everyone else.

-you know you go to an all girls school when the biggest and best kept secret ever takes all of the first 5 minutes of recess to spread around a whole year level, and the rest of recess for the whole school to know.

When you all change for PE in the corridor (walking to the change rooms takes too long) until they ban it because it "makes the male teaches feel uncomfortable"

-You know, despite your best efforts of denial, that you went through at least a 2year phase of an EXTREMELY huge bags and greasy hair with no bra.

-Now that you are mature that when you see the new year 7's and 8's with THEIR greasy hair, no bra and huge backpack....you mock, judge, and stare in disgust.

-You have owned, trashed, and loved at least ONE gola bag. Not these new red/baby blue/green flashy kinds. I'm talking OLDSCHOOL navy blue "OMG I need one coz everyone else has one" Country Gola Bags. You wore it with pride.

-you know you go to an all girls school when on photo day everyone puts stacks of makeup and lipgloss on and then when they get the photos everyone says t

Question #18:

Is taking your husband to a womens' dress shop like taking an alcoholic to a pub...?

... when you don't allow him to crossdress....

because that is the situation I'm in....she knew way way before we got serious about my 'hobby' but has since been tolerant and bought my perfume and clothes, then stopped being so...and now altogether...she won't talk about it and I feel a bit hard done by because feel I do everything else she asks and provides what she needs...I'm still doing that despite being made redundant this year.

To some of you I know its a joke, but to me its important. What I don't need to be asked is to go dress shopping with her...or to stay at her shop where she sells womens fashion..only to be asked my opinion on stuff.

I do love her, but do not want to be around reminders of things I'm not allowed to do. Dwuuurh !! Thanks for your - good - answers...
I don't wish to offend or trivialise what alcoholics and their families suffer, just make a point that why would you take someone to a place you know is going to have adverse affects on them - when you are the one trying to stop them being that way. It may be a poor comparision, but I hope you get my point on this. Drinking in moderation is great...and I would accept that about my crossdressing...I don't flaunt it in front of her...but it has made me unhappy, and while I love her, I love her a bit less. I was honest to her., She was not. And we are both paying for it - though she does'nt realise that I think.
